Free Registration and Open Access: The International Book of Organizations Index (IBOX) is committed to promoting accessibility, transparency, and global organizational visibility. To encourage broad participation from organizations around the world, IBOX offers a free online submission and indexing process.

Organizations can submit their profiles online at no cost. Following review and approval by the IBOX Editorial Committee, eligible organizations will receive the following benefits free of charge:
- Free Online Submission
- Free Profile Review and Approval
- Free IBOX Approval Certificate
- Free IBOX Identification Number (IIN)
- Free Listing in the Online IBOX Directory
- Free Global Visibility through the IBOX Platform
- Free Open Access to Published Organizational Information

IBOX believes that access to organizational information should be available to everyone. Therefore, the online directory remains open access, allowing researchers, institutions, governments, NGOs, students, and the public to explore organizational profiles without any subscription fee.

Publication Subscription: While registration, approval, certification, and online access are provided free of cost, organizations and individuals who wish to obtain the official IBOX publication may subscribe to receive the official IBOX publication editions.

The subscription fee applies only to the production, publication, printing, and distribution of these editions.
